Our festival marketplace brings together artists, crafters, herbalists, food vendors, and small businesses of all kinds. Booth prices, space options, and policies are listed below for easy reference. After reviewing the details, simply complete the application form to be considered for this year’s vendor lineup. We look forward to working with returning favorites and welcoming new makers to the Hill.

What are the vending deadlines?

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis

March 15
 – Early Application Deadline 
April 15 – Be included in The Happening Festival Launch (Website, Email & Social Media) 
May 15 – Be included in the Hilltop Herald Commemorative Program 
May 25 – Be featured in the Vendor Village Facebook Album, Email Promotions & Website Listing

Do I need to have a food license?

Yes. Food vendors can expect to be inspected by the Maine Department of Health Safety.

Are pets permitted?

Vendors are not allowed to bring pets, only service animals are permitted, emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals in the State of Maine.

Can I bring my generator?

Any generators brought to power your site must be quiet, no construction generators! 

When can I come for set up?

Vendor set-up begins when gates open on Thursday at noon unless previously arranged.
