Openings

🎧 Box Office

 Support the entry team by doing quick, respectful visual checks of vehicles to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

  • Shifts: Arrival days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

  • Light physical activity, must be alert and friendly

🧭 Traffic & Parking

Support safe overnight entry and quiet late-night traffic flow. You’ll help overnight arrivals and maintain entry point. 

  • Shifts: Overnight (Thursday/Friday/Saturday nights)

  • Must be calm, observant, and able to work independently

  • Ideal for night owls and those who enjoy quiet hours

🗑️ Production

Be a part of bringing our 3 stages to life. You’ll help with setting up and breaking down the stages.

  • Shifts: Pre and Post Fest; Morning, Day, Evening and Late Night Shifts 

  • Requires experience

🗑️ Green Team

Keep the magic rolling by helping us reset the grounds each morning and during the day. You’ll help empty bins, refresh zones, and keep the site looking beautiful.

  • Shifts: Morning or early afternoon

  • Requires moderate physical activity

🛠️ Grounds General Labor

Be part of the backbone of the event by keeping the Hill running smoothly! Help with setup, light repairs, campfire prep, and daily site upkeep throughout the weekend. 

  • Shifts: Day and early evening

  • Requires light to moderate physical activity

  • This role is perfect for folks who enjoy hands-on work and being outdoors.

🪚 Grounds Skilled Labor

Do you have skills in building, carpentry, or site work? Join our advanced Grounds team and help with small structures, signage installation, trail maintenance, and more. Your experience helps create a functional and beautiful space for everyone to enjoy.

  • Pre-event setup + daily maintenance (Thursday–Sunday)

  • Requires moderate to strenuous physical activity
