Hillcat Code of Conduct
- Treat everybody with dignity, courtesy, and respect.
- THIS IS A CANNABIS FRIENDLY FESTIVAL. DO NOT USE, SELL OR BUY PILLS, POWDERS, GASES OR OTHER DEATH SUBSTANCES!
- NO VIOLENCE OR WEAPONS. Serious threats or violence (fist-fighting, brandishing weapons, sexual violence) towards anybody is grounds for removal from property.
- NO GLASS BOTTLES. Please keep glass off the field.
- NO PETS. Service animals must be documented. Emotional Support Animals are not qualified Service Animals.
- NO UNAUTHORIZED FIRES. Do not construct your own fire pit. Fires are strictly confined to above-grounds pits.
- CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF. Carry-in & carry-out. Be an example of leaving Harry Brown’s Farm in better condition than you found it. Remove ropes, tarps, tents, trash bags, everything that you construct or bring. Leave only footprints.
- CONSENT. Consent is defined as “agreeing to do something”. At Harry Brown’s Farm we emphasize consent be given by two conscious and willing parties. Consent is not limited to sexual encounters, and is a general expectation in social encounters as well.
When is the Box Office Open?
- THURSDAY Noon-Midnight
- FRIDAY 9 am – Midnight
- SATURDAY 9 am – Midnight
- SUNDAY 9 am -9 pm
Can I come and go at The Happening?
Yes you can come and go during the festival. However, the gates are closed during the overnight and you will need to let security know if you need reentry.
What if it rains?
We are Happening rain or shine! The Art Tent stage will become the Main Stage in the event of rain or high winds
Will there be an ATM on site?
An ATM is located in the Art Tent
Are children welcome at The Happening?
Yes! We welcome families. There is a family camping area. The Kid’s Tent on the main field has activities for families during the day. There is no charge for children 12 and under. If your child is 13 and older, they will require a ticket. Upon arrival the parent/guardian name and phone number is written inside the wristband. Children must be with an adult at all times.
What is the policy on ticket refunds
There are no refunds on ticket purchases.
Is there a lost and found?
The Lost and Found is located at the Medical/Security tent Thursday-Saturday. Sunday, the Lost and Found is moved to the Box Office.
