Harry Brown’s Farm has been a haven for the creative cannabis community beginning with Hempstock in 1991. In 2018, Harry Brown invites you to Come Home to the Hill for performance arts, peaceable assembly, and celebration of cannabis.
“Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be food”
In 2018, Harry Brown will again open his hilltop farm in Starks Maine for Harry’s Hoe Down, Green Love Renaissance, and Harvest Ball.
In a dark and retro world, Harry Brown’s Farm supports those seeking alternative lifestyles and a living creative community of artists, musicians, dancers and dreamers. We love our community and emphasize a clean and family-friendly festival. Communication, consent, care for the land and the people who love it are the guiding lights for the gatherings. Marching forward, Harry Brown’s Farm aims to achieve great progress towards sustainable events, supported by renewable energy and generating zero waste for landfills.
Gathering together in festival celebration, creating refuge and healing, a temporary counter-culture village–a home in your heart when you are away–to practice our creative visions and learn that together we CAN change the world. The stage has has been home to many amazing performers over the years from Maine, New England, the United States, and around the world. Here, there is support and honor for creative folks– poets, musicians, teachers, farmers, healers, rabble-rousers, shamans, cooks, dancers, builders, witchs, artists, puppeteers and visionaries.
